INPREMIUM ACCOMMODATION RULES

This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Accommodation Rules establish the terms and procedures governing Guests’ stay and presence at InPremium Accommodation Facilities and form an integral part of the Hotel Services Agreement.

1.2. By making a Booking, the Customer accepts these Rules and undertakes to ensure compliance with them by all Guests covered by the Booking, as well as by any other persons admitted to the Room by the Customer or the Guests.

1.3. Guests must take proper care of the Room, the Service Provider’s property and the common property of the building, and must comply with public order requirements, fire safety requirements and these Rules.

2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

2.1. Check-in is after 15:00. Check-out is by 12:00.

2.2. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to prior agreement with the Service Provider and availability, and are charged in accordance with the procedure and rates set out in the Public Offer.

2.3. Guests planning to check in between 04:00 and 08:00 must notify the Service Provider in advance in order to receive self check-in instructions.

2.4. At check-in, the Customer must pay the full accommodation price, taking into account any payment (prepayment) previously made, and must also pay the Security Deposit in the prescribed amount. Full payment of the accommodation price and payment of the Security Deposit are mandatory conditions for check-in.

2.5. At check-in, the Guest must present the original of an identity document.

2.6. If any damage, malfunction or other defect in the Room is discovered at check-in, the Guest must notify the Service Provider immediately.

3. GUESTS AND VISITORS 3.1. Only Guests whose details have been provided to the Service Provider in the prescribed manner may stay in the Room. 3.2. Additional Guests may stay only with the Service Provider’s prior approval. The charge for each additional Guest is RUB 900 per day. Where the total number of Guests exceeds 6, the charge for each additional Guest is RUB 1,500 per day. The maximum permitted number of Guests is determined by the characteristics of the specific Room and the Booking terms. 3.3. A total number of more than 6 Guests is subject to prior approval by the Service Provider. 3.4. Events, parties and other organised gatherings may be held only with the Service Provider’s prior approval. 3.5. Children under 8 years of age may stay with their parents free of additional charge unless otherwise specified in the characteristics of the particular Room or the Booking terms. 4. ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS

4.1. Check-in of minor Guests is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the relevant Accommodation Facility.

4.2. Where a minor aged 14 or over checks in without being accompanied by a legal representative, the documents required for such check-in must be provided, including the legal representative’s written consent or a notarised power of attorney where the relevant document is required.

5. CONDUCT AND USE OF THE ROOM

5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in Rooms and other premises of the Accommodation Facility, including tobacco products, hookahs, electronic cigarettes, vapes, heated tobacco systems and any other devices that produce smoke, vapour or aerosol. In the event of a breach, the Customer must reimburse the Service Provider for the costs of remedying the consequences of smoking in accordance with the current Price List.

5.2. Pets are not permitted. In the event of a breach, the Customer must reimburse the Service Provider for additional cleaning, treatment of the Room and remedying any other resulting consequences in accordance with the current Price List.

5.3. Guests may not move large furniture, household appliances or other Room equipment without the Service Provider’s approval.

5.4. Rubbish bags and other waste must not be left outside the Room door. If the building management company imposes a fine, charge or other monetary claim on the Service Provider as a result of a breach of this rule, the Customer must reimburse the corresponding amount in full.

5.5. If, after check-out, the condition of the Room requires cleaning beyond the standard scope as a result of the Guests’ actions, the Customer must pay for the additional cleaning in accordance with the current Price List. Dry cleaning, special treatment or removal of difficult stains, where required, is charged separately in accordance with the Price List.

5.6. Quiet hours must be observed from 23:00 to 08:00. Loud music, shouting and other actions that create excessive noise and disturb other persons are prohibited.

5.7. Guests must not engage in conflicts with other residents, visitors, employees of the Service Provider, employees of the building management company or other persons present at the Accommodation Facility.

5.8. Guests are prohibited from entering technical and staff-only areas of the building. If the building management company imposes a fine, charge or other monetary claim on the Service Provider as a result of a breach of this prohibition, the Customer must reimburse the corresponding amount in full.

5.9. The Room is provided exclusively for temporary accommodation. Commercial photography and video recording are prohibited without the Service Provider’s prior approval.

6. FIRE SAFETY 6.1. Guests must comply with fire safety requirements.

6.2. Smoke must not be allowed to accumulate in the Room. When cooking, Guests must use the available extractor ventilation and take precautions to prevent activation of the fire alarm.

6.3. Guests must not interfere with, disable, cover or damage fire alarm detectors or other fire protection equipment.

6.4. If the fire alarm is activated as a result of a Guest’s breach of fire safety requirements, the Customer must reimburse the Service Provider for the resulting costs, as well as any fines, charges or other monetary claims imposed on the Service Provider by the building management company.

7. GUEST SAFETY AND LIABILITY

7.1. The Guest must use the Room equipment, household appliances, furniture and other property solely for their intended purpose and comply with the relevant operating instructions.

7.2. The Guest must immediately notify the Service Provider of any accident, equipment malfunction, leak, fire or other circumstances capable of causing harm to persons or property.

7.3. The Guest must comply with safety rules and instructions for the use of the Room equipment and property and exercise due care. The Service Provider is not liable for harm resulting from the Guest’s breach of these requirements, misuse of equipment or property, or other culpable or negligent acts of the Guest, provided that the Service Provider is not at fault.

8. ACCESS TO THE ROOM

8.1. The Service Provider may arrange access to the Room without the Guest’s prior consent in an emergency, including where there is a risk of fire, flooding, accident, harm to life, health or property, or where necessary to prevent actions posing a threat to the safety of other persons.

8.2. Upon receiving keys, key cards or other means of access, the Guest must keep them secure and must not transfer them to unauthorised persons.

8.3. If a key, key card or other means of access is lost or damaged, or if the door must be opened due to circumstances caused by the Guest, the Customer must reimburse the relevant costs in accordance with the current Price List.

9. DAMAGE TO AND LOSS OF PROPERTY

9.1. Guests must take proper care of the property in the Room.

9.2. If property is damaged or lost as a result of the actions of the Customer or Guests, the Customer must reimburse the cost of its restoration, repair or replacement.

9.3. The cost of specific restoration work, special cleaning, treatment, dry cleaning, and replacement of lost or damaged property is determined in accordance with the current Price List.

9.4. If the relevant property or type of work is not listed in the Price List, the amount of reimbursement is determined based on the actual cost of the necessary work, repair or purchase of replacement property. For items for which the Price List states a price “from” a specified amount, the final price is determined taking into account the actual scope and cost of the required work.

9.5. If, as a result of the actions or breaches of the Customer or Guests, the building management company imposes a fine, charge or other monetary claim on the Service Provider, the Customer must reimburse the corresponding amount.

9.6. Claims of the Service Provider under this Section may be satisfied from the Security Deposit in accordance with the procedure set out in the Public Offer.

10. OPERATING HOURS

10.1. Administrators are available daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

10.2. Operators are available daily from 08:00 to 04:00.

10.3. A call-out of an administrator outside the established operating hours due to circumstances caused by the Guest, including loss of keys or the need to resolve other circumstances arising through the Guest’s fault, is charged in accordance with the current Price List.
