INPREMIUM PRICE LIST

This Price List applies to the provision of additional services and to determining the cost of restoration, treatment, repair or replacement of property in the cases provided for by the InPremium Public Offer Agreement and Accommodation Rules.

1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND EXPENSES

Additional Room cleaning beyond the standard scope — RUB 1,500 Opening the entrance door where it cannot be opened due to the Guest’s actions (including where the key has been left in the lock on the inside of the Room) — RUB 3,500 Administrator call-out after 21:00 due to circumstances caused by the Guest — from RUB 2,500

2. LOSS OF KEYS AND KEY CARDS

3. CLEANING, TREATMENT AND DRY CLEANING

Removal of the consequences of smoking in the Room — RUB 10,000 Additional cleaning and treatment of the Room in the event of a breach of the prohibition on accommodation with pets — RUB 10,000 Sofa dry cleaning — from RUB 8,000 Mattress dry cleaning — from RUB 6,000 Armchair/chair dry cleaning — from RUB 4,000 Removal of difficult stains from towels and pillowcases — RUB 300 Removal of difficult stains from other bedding textiles — RUB 600

4. DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF TEXTILES

5. DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF GLASSWARE

6. OTHER PROPERTY

6.1. The cost of restoration, repair or replacement of property not specified in this Price List shall be determined based on the actual cost of the necessary work or repairs, or the purchase cost of property replacing the damaged or lost property.

6.2. For items where the price is stated as “from”, the final price shall be determined taking into account the actual scope and cost of the necessary work.

Note. The availability and cost of an administrator call-out after 19:00 must be agreed in advance with the Service Provider. The service is subject to availability.
