  • Cancellation policy:

    Free cancellation is available until the day of check-in. In case of cancellation on the day of check-in or a guest no-show, the cost of a one-night stay may be charged.

  • Required documents:

    To check into the Federation Tower apartments, an original identity document is required: a passport, driver's license, or international passport. For Neva Towers, a photo or copy of the document is permitted. Minor guests aged 14 and older checking in without legal representatives must provide written consent or a notarized power of attorney from a legal representative.

  • Staying with children:

    Children under 8 stay with their parents free of charge.

  • Security deposit

    A security deposit of 10,000 ₽ is required upon check-in and may be increased for a large number of guests. After check-out and an inspection of the apartments, the security deposit will be refunded, provided there are no outstanding debts, damage or loss of property, or other grounds for deduction.
